Homes for sale in France, listed for American buyers

Each listing comes straight from a French agency's own feed: the price with the fees in it, who pays the fees, the energy rating. In euros, as in the agency's window.

The listings

The first agencies are connecting their feeds. Their listings appear here once a feed is live.

Meanwhile, what homes actually sold for in the commune you have in mind comes from the notaries' records, and MyFrenchHouse, a partner, lists homes in English across France.

For a sale, each card shows what French law asks of an ad by a professional: the price with the buyer's fees in it and the price before those fees when the buyer pays them, who pays the fees and their share of the price, the energy and climate classes and the estimated yearly energy cost (arrêté du 10 janvier 2017, CCH, article L126-33). The figures are the agency's, as its software sends them; we do not fill in a figure the agency leaves out. EasyFranceNow carries the ads and is not a party to the sale.

    What homes actually sold for

Asking prices are one thing. These are the prices written in the deeds, as the tax administration publishes them: every recorded sale of a single house or apartment in 2025, 822,163 sales in 30,484 communes.

    How these figures are built

Source: Demandes de valeurs foncières géolocalisées (DGFiP data, geolocated by Etalab, Licence Ouverte 2.0), files read on October 29, 2026, sales dated January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The DGFiP publishes these files twice a year, in April and October, and does not cover Alsace, Moselle and Mayotte. A sale counts here when the deed carries exactly one house or one apartment with a built surface of 9 m² or more and a price between 150 and 30,000 € per m²; a deed with several homes, a plot alone or a business is left out. The surface is the built surface in the deed, not the living space of a listing, so a price per square meter here runs a little lower than one computed on a listing. No address is shown and nothing of these files is in the page itself: they are read in your browser when you search.

Paris, Lyon and Marseille are listed by arrondissement. Or see Sarlat-la-Canéda, Nice or Bordeaux.

    1. You send the feed your software already makes: the XML you give Green-Acres, or the Poliris file you send SeLoger. We fetch it every hour, or your software pushes it.
    2. We connect it. Nothing to type, no back office. A listing that leaves your feed leaves the page.
    3. Each listing shows the price with fees, who pays them and the DPE letters, taken from your feed. Buyers write to you.

No card, no commitment. After 30 days you choose a plan or stop, and nothing is charged without your word. We write back by email. Privacy policy.
