Roxane Best is a founding partner of BHR Avocats and an avocate at the Paris Bar, where she was sworn in in 2018. She studied at the Sciences Po Paris law school and Harvard Law School, studied and worked for several years in Mexico, China and the United States, then practised business litigation and white-collar criminal law at Hogan Lovells and Clifford Chance before setting up her own firm in 2021 and joining forces to found BHR Avocats in 2024.
In 2023 she was elected Secrétaire de la Conférence of the Paris Bar. She acts in criminal litigation for the accused and for victims, including compensation of bodily injury, and has built a particular skill in international and European criminal law (European arrest warrant, Interpol red notice, extradition) and in tax and business criminal law (fraud, misuse of company assets, money laundering, corruption). She also practises juvenile criminal law and educational assistance. She works in French, English, Spanish and Chinese and defends clients across France.
