What happens after I pay, and what fees are not included?
Once your payment is received (by card or bank transfer), we get to work immediately. You’ll receive your intake link and next steps, and we’ll start building your personalized checklist and dossier plan. Our visa service fee covers our support and deliverables only. It does not include any third-party costs or official fees required during the visa process, such as: consular visa application fees, passport photos, TLSContact (or another visa processing provider) appointment fees, visa validation fees once you’re in France, translation costs, the cost of visa-compliant private medical insurance, or travel expenses to attend your appointment. We’re confident in our process, so we make it risk free: if your visa is refused, we refund 100 percent of our service fee.
